General terms and conditions

“Institut Culturel Imagine” hereinafter defined as “Institute”

“The student” defined below as “the client”


These General Conditions are applicable to the services offered by the Institute (language courses, online store of downloadable materials, etc.) and subscribed by the client directly with the Institute via the website.

By paying all or part of the service, the customer accepts these General Conditions without reservation.


By registering for the courses offered by the Institute, the client agrees to follow all the sessions. If the customer does not participate in one or more sessions for which he has registered, he cannot request rescheduling (except in exceptional and justified cases mentioned in article 7).


The purpose of these General Conditions is to define the obligations of each of the parties and the conditions under which the Institute provides the client with the services subscribed to by the latter.




2.1 Minimum age

The customer must be at least 18 years old.


2.2. Necessary equipment

The client must have the necessary tools to follow the online courses (such as an internet connection, a computer - equipped with a camera, speakers and a microphone, or a helmet equipped with a microphone; or a smartphone).


Participation in the services provided by the Institute requires the payment of online courses on the dedicated secure payment page.


4.1 Participation in the Académie

The Institute sets up the Académie each semester. This is a formula including hours of online lessons (live via the ZOOM© software), access to a private discussion group between participants in the same class, pre-recorded videos and worksheets. revision.

Participation in the Académie requires member registration on the site via a simple form.

To participate in the Académie, the customer is asked to subscribe to a formula of the level/schedule of his choice.


In the next step, the customer will be asked to enter their payment information (credit card or Paypal©). A trial period of 7 days is then put in place during which the customer can request the cancellation of his registration without any cost. During this period, the customer has normal access to the content of the Académie.

At the end of this trial period, the customer will be debited for the first payment, then for the following ones each month.

However, if the customer wishes to cancel his registration after the trial period, no reimbursement of the installments debited will be made, only future installments will be cancelled.

It is recommended that the customer be familiar with the ZOOM© software ( thanks to which the interactive courses will be given to him.


4.2 Online store

4.2.1 Purchase of digital documents

An online store in which there are paid downloadable digital materials is available on our site ( . The customer must add the product to his basket before making the payment. After making the payment, the customer will receive an email to the address indicated in the order form. In this email he will find a link to download his dematerialized purchase. This link will remain active for 30 days.


4.2.2 Non-downloading

If at the end of the 30-day period, the customer does not download the dematerialized purchase, he cannot request a new email or a refund of his purchase.


5.1 Means of payment

The payment of the formulas of the Academy and the digital materials via the online store are made:

- by Paypal©

- by credit card

The amounts are expressed in Euros (€). The Institute reminds that any bank charges may be requested from the customer by his bank. We recommend that the customer check with their bank whether or not these charges are applicable.


5.2 Payment of the Académie

Registration for the Academy is not monthly, it is biannual. The value of one semester of participation in the Académie is paid in 6x (six times). This is a payment facility. On the other hand, it is possible to pay in one go, in this case we ask the customer to contact the Institute through the usual communication channels (website chat, email or Whatsapp© if applicable).


6.1 Cancellation at the initiative of the customer

In the event of cancellation of an Académie formula at the initiative of the customer, this is taken into account immediately by our services.

The request to cancel an Académie package must be made through the usual communication channels (website chat, email or Whatsapp© if applicable). However, the customer continues to have normal and full access to the Académie (materials, group and lessons with the teacher) until the end of the current payment cycle. Subsequent scheduled payments will not be made.

6.2 Cancellation at the initiative of the Institute

In the event of cancellation of the client's registration at the Académie at the initiative of the Institute, before the 5th (fifth) session following the last payment, this will be refunded in full. In the event of cancellation of the client's registration at the Académie at the initiative of the Institute, after the 4th (fourth) session following the last payment, this payment will not be refunded. In any case, none of the following direct debits initially planned will be made.


6.3 Cancellation of a purchase made in the store 

Purchases of dematerialized products in the store cannot be cancelled.


6.4 Special cases: Insufficient funds or expired bank card

In the event of insufficient funds on the account associated with the bank card used to pay for an Académie formula or in the event of expiry of this bank card, the Académie formula is automatically cancelled.

If the customer wishes to continue his subscription with a new credit card, he will have to re-register. 

To prevent this from happening again, we invite the customer to monitor the supply of his bank account and/or to modify his means of payment directly in his member area ( formulas)


7.1 Postponement or modification of sessions at the client's initiative

An absent student is not entitled to any course rescheduling except for serious illness, death of a loved one, judicial or administrative summons. In this case, you must contact the Institute directly by email (; attaching the necessary supporting documents.

7.2 Postponement or modification of sessions at the initiative of the Institute

All means will be implemented so that the teacher initially scheduled for the sessions provides the course. However, if this is not possible, the canceled session(s) will be led by a substitute teacher. The customer will then be notified before the lesson by the usual communication channel (email or whatsapp depending on the case).


7.3 Technical issues

The Institute will not be responsible for any technical problems encountered by the client during the course (such as drops in the internet connection at the client's premises, power cuts, etc.) even if these technical problems were caused by decisions taken by the State of the customer's country of residence. Natural disasters are excluded.


In accordance with the Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 as amended, each student has the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning him that the Institute may need to process for the needs of its activities. As this is a strictly personal right, the right of access, rectification and opposition can only be exercised by the client proving his identity. It may be exercised by sending a message to the address
